SHIPPING POLICY will not share, rent or sell your personal information. We will use your information for the sole purpose of processing your order. We will only contact you if we have a question about your order.

Chem Nerdz has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services, we collect and, in some instances, disclose information about you. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

USPS/UPS: will not ship C.O.D (Collect on Delivery). All orders within the United States, Canada, and their respective territories are shipped UPS and FOB Dallas, Texas.  This means we pay for shipment to Dallas, TX from which all responsibility for deliver and care of/for the order is solely that of the receiving party (UPS, USPS, Customer, etc.). Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order, shipping and handling costs, and may include insurance deliver confirmation costs if/when applicable. If insurance deliver confirmation services are selected late deliveries will not be reimbursed. You can track your package on the shipper’s website by using your order’s tracking number. The tracking number may either be given to you at the time of purchase, or can be requested vie telephone or email. A copy of this information will also be included with your order during shipment. If you are in the West Coast or Midwest of the US, and have selected UPS GROUND, may upgrade your shipment to PRIORITY MAIL at no extra charge to you during busy periods to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to OPT OUT OF THIS SERVICE please notate your request in the given notes section at the bottom of your order screen. Multiple box shipments (case of incense, bottles, jugs, etc.) may arrive up to (2) days apart, and may incur additional shipping charges. Please allow at least 48 hours for the package to arrive if estimated time of arrival was not met before contacting us for package inquiries. Prior to contacting about lost, missing, or late packages please contact your local shipping office to file a claim. For the most up to date information on shipment and handling guidelines and tips please refer to the shipper’s website.


Please be aware that additional charges may be incurred, or delays may occur at border customs including, but not limited to GST taxes and UPS brokerage fees. We cannot estimate these fees or delays prior to shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


We offer, and understand for you to have a choice when choosing a trucking company for large orders. If you would like for us to choose a company for you please call us at (469)-471-8934 for a quote. If you already have a preferred trucking company in mind please notate your request in the notes section at the bottom of our order page, or notify us while placing your order.


See for the estimated UPS ship time to your area. We respectfully request that you be mindful of your order estimated arrival date & time. If the carrier is unable to make delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery are subject to additional shipping charges including, but not limited to a 25% restocking fee.


If you package has signs of tampering or significant/obvious damage please DO NOT accept it from the carrier. In the event that a damaged order is accepted, and/or signed for, and a return is requested, you may be subject to all fees including, but not limited to shipping and restocking. Contact FedEx at 1-800-PICKUPS immediately if there is any damage, spillage, or breakage. All orders that leave our warehouse are verified to be in new condition prior to packaging.  Please note that our responsibility for the handling, and care for your order is forfeited upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. In the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages/items please contact the courier’s directly to file a claim before contacting When contacting about these circumstances please include your case number given by the courier.


Fragrance oils are non-returnable under any circumstances unless shipped by error on our part. This policy is non-negotiable. We encourage, and suggest that you sample our fragrances prior to ordering to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy is in place for all our customer’s health and safety. All other merchandise returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt, or be shipped on, or before the fifteenth day since date of receipt, and must be in re-sellable condition for a full refund. We do require tax ID # or business license and an application. And if you are in the state of Texas and would like the taxes waived you can contact one of our Authorized Distributors listed above. We require a scanned or mailed copy sent to of your certificate. Upon placing your order, to ensure you do get credit for the taxes, please make a note in the COMMENTS or NOTES section of your order indicating that we do have your tax information on file. The prices listed on our product pages are below wholesale; we do offer certain price breaks on larger quantities.
